Did my guides help? Could you help support my cause and tip me a few dollars to continue my efforts to provide daily support and guides to Bedrock Creators?

A massive amount of time goes into R&D to learn and develop these guides and prototypes so anything you can tip helps pay bills and keep the efforts going.

Technologist Projects

As a Technologist, I live the hustle lifestyle, having the skills, experience, and ability, helping out those in need with complex and difficult technology-based projects is my specialty. Complexity is my game and on time, under budget and quality are my standard operating procedures.

A Lifetime in Numbers

Starting on a Ti-99/A4 and Basic I quickly fell in love. My Faviorate game was Tunnels of Doom. I must have been close to the first generation to be born with a personal computer already in the house. It was Dec of 1980, a few years later Texas Instraments launch the Ti-99. My first memories were begging my siblings who were much older to help me setup a game. When it happened it was Glorious.

I still remember the first time my Mom took me as a child to her friend house to fix their computer. I know all the hate from my teachers and whispers of Nerds, Geeks and Techies being losers would end out different. I could see the changes coming but as a child didn't care.

Just wanted to play videos games. Over time it turned in to needing to connect my friends together to play. During Spring break we "borrowed" all the schools computers and gamed all week.

I was hooked, I had built a network in my house to game on, soon I was running cables and timing my self for fastest PC build times. Over clocking and testing any beta, mod or software I could get.

From 3d modeling in Bryce 3D, to modding Half-life and playing Counter Strike as a mod, I built the skills to troubleshoot and master the computers and technology logic.

After high school I joined a Telecommunications Computer and spent my days supporting NT4.0, Windows 2000 and building VoIP first generations networks for banks and clients.

I've never lost that drive to learn and enjoy technology. I beta tested hundred of Microsoft products and was Beta test of the Month for LiveMesh.

I'm in the top 5% of MSDN contributors and spend a good amount of my time supporting indie developers and artist on discord channels.

I've lost count of the projects, over 20 plus years they just add up and dissolve into experience and wisdom.

Starting professionally in Windows NT4 days I've been an in-the-field system administrator since. Running up to 150 companies IT support responsibilities at a time, on-call 24/7.

From building Windows Active Direction Servers to Windows DFS distributed File system clusters over Point to Points I've done it. From working with Tadiran PBX's to defeat NAT and launch the first generations of VoIP phones to early Point to multi-point wireless setups. I've consulted, designed and engineered solutions for hospitals to cannabis high-tech grow facilities.
Hands-on, in the trenches with the troops. Living the Technologist Life.

Hosted, designed, and built pre-cloud SharePoint hosting for $105M School Bond for Mesa County. Connecting hundreds of contractors, government agencies, and citizens.

If you'd like to hear more about my history or experience please reach out and ask. The list of projects is crazy long to list here.

The best way to stop the horrors of E-waste in our world is to reuse it. As an SOP I always try and suggest and reuse any equipment we can.

Purchasing most of our hardware from E-waste recycler and refurbished has saved our clients on many projects over 60% vs purchasing new. In many cases that's tens of thousands of dollars. Over 20 years the failure rate has been no worse or better than purchasing new in my experience.

Working directly with E-waste recyclers we're also able to donate equipment to many in need. If you have an E-waste recycler in your area or would like to get advice on how you can save money and increase your profits. Please reach out. It's my goal to keep as much usable equipment out of the landfills and burns pits as possible.

There is so much you could say about Civilization.

I think many of us learned more about history from this game than from school.

On a trip to Washington DC as a small child, I talked/begged my Mom to find a Computer Software store that sold Amiga games.

Namely Civilization, it had just been released and I couldn't wait to play it. I spent hours reading about it in the gaming magz but lived in a small town with no hope of getting a game much less Amiga.

With much driving and work we found one store, they had a copy and I use all my money to get it. The only issue was it was a week before we'd be home so I could play it.

I read the CiviPedia book included with the disks over and over, back and forth, planning my first moves and dreaming of what countless lifetimes I'd live through it.

Since then I've played them all, and enjoyed every minute of it. With a few mods here and there it's the perfect game. I still wish for a return of Call to Power.

Starting on a Ti-99/A4 and Basic I quickly fell in love. My Favorite game was Tunnels of Doom.

I must have been close to the first generation to be born with a personal computer already in the house. It was Dec of 1980, a few years later Texas Instruments launch the Ti-99.

My first memories were of begging my siblings who were much older to help me set up a game and play. When it happened it was Glorious.

On summer breaks, my cousins Zooko, Za, and Nate would let me play on their fancy  IBM, where I found Ultima, Kings Quest, Police Quest, Commander Keen, and many more. I learned DOS as their rules were we'll show you how once then if you need help, show you how to access the help screen.

It forced me to learn PKZIP and so much more. Soon I had my own DHCP system for dial-up into BBS's and still dream of TradeWars 2002 to this day.

The Pit and others draw my mind to a time of daily turn limits and connection timers. A family member started an ISP and one year my Mom got me 6 months of REAL Direct Internet NO AOL censorship, no MSN garbage.

Real Internet. I've lived the revolution since. Playing, beta testing, and living the Technologist Life.
